How long will my delivery take?
Ruby blu quotes 5-7 days for standard delivery or you can pick up within 48 hours.
Can I have a refund?
Ruby blu does not operate a refund policy. We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items or provide you with a credit note which will not expire until you find the perfect replacement.
My Payment?
Most major credit and debit cards accepted.
My item has arrived damaged, help!?
We are so sorry. Please inform Ruby blu of such issues within 24 hours. Item/s must be returned to Ruby blu within 5 working days. Once we have received the damaged goods a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible along with reimbursement of your postage costs.
If a replacement is not possible within 5 working days, then a full refund will be issued.
My item is out of stock?
This should not happen but if for any reason something you have ordered is currently out of stock we will let you know asap by either phone or email.
